UPPER EXTREMITY
In the Upper Extremity class the most common problems with the head, neck and arms will be discussed.
These conditions include but are not limited to:
Several common headaches, torticollis, military neck, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Rotator Cuff stability, Frozen Shoulder, Impingement, Golfer’s Elbow, Tennis Elbow, Tenosynovitis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Specific anatomy will be discussed as well as assessment techniques and corrective strategies
SPINE
In the Spine class we will be studying the most common problems within the vertebral column or originating from the vertebral column.
Topic include but are not limited to: several common headaches, torticollis, military neck, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
Anterior/Lateral Pelvic tilt, Low back pain, mid-back pain, postural issues, Sciatica, Compressed Discs
Specific anatomy will be discussed as well as assessment techniques and corrective strategies
LOWER EXTREMITY
In this class, the most common problems with the lumbar/pelvis/hip complex and legs will be discussed
These conditions will include but not be limited to:
- Postural issues
- Mid-back pain
- Low back pain
- Anterior Pelvic tilt
- Hip pain
- Piriformis Syndrome
- Knee problems
- Fallen arches
- General foot pain
